- Check the equipment fits properly on your body.
- Do not engage in any excessive or dangerous behavior.
- As the stairs may be crowded, please be cautious of people and move slowly.
- Do not engage in dangerous actions, such as shaking the handle.
- Tie up long hair before using.
- Short skirts may restrict use of the facility.
- If you find it difficult to proceed midway, please ask for assistance from the staff.
- Please store your personal belongings and accessories in the locker before use.
