• Please follow staff instructions at all times.
• Always wear the required safety gear.
• Check the equipment fits properly on your body.
• Do not engage in any excessive or dangerous behavior.
• When climbing down, hold the rope with your hands and push your feet against the wall as you descend.
• Tie up long hair before using the facility.
• Wearing short skirts may limit your use of this facility.
• If you find it difficult to proceed midway, please ask for assistance from the staff.
